It's been a pretty rubbish week, thought I'd let you all know!
all the extra magazines will be recycled, promise. I also want to say I didn't buy these all in 1 go, my dad picked two up for me.
I picked up the Benefit freebies available in Glamour very enthusiastically this month. I practically ran into Tesco and picked up a handful of magazines. I ended up buying 7, so that's £14. I was going to give my mum 1 of each, and my gran 1.. but didn't. So I've been left with 7 all to myself. I won't complain. I already own a few samples of Posietint so didn't pick any of them up.. wouldn't want to go over the top ;)
While in Tesco I picked up a 'I'd rather be in bed' mug. Explains itself really. I think it's quite quirky and pretty much sums up how I feel through revision and exams now. I only have two exams to go now; Geography and Textiles. I'm not as worried about those, but do need to do a lot of revision for the Geography case studies!
I got a free Jemma Kidd lipgloss in the Red magazine this month. I've never had Red magazine before, it's never looked too appealing. I'll have a good read through tonight and see what I think! The shade is 17 Petal and I absolutely love it, it's not too pale and has a gorgeous coral/pink shimmer.
I went to a Boots 'event' on Wednesday evening with Anna (the friend..), full of goodies and free products. I'd signed up with Benefit beforehand, when we were given invites, so I received a pretty good gift bag. I think the products are going to be discontinued, so we were given the 'leftovers' but I won't complain! I'll write a post about it soon, so keep a look out for that.
On a side note, I really cannot wait to get hold of the Sleek Mediterranean collection but am totally out of money from all this exam shopping. When I'm stressed, I shop.. may need rehabilitation! I also can't wait to get back into the spirit of blogging. I'll be running quite a few different projects/posts and am really looking forward to having so much spare time when I've finished my exams. I'll never have to do Maths, English or Science ever again!
